# 4. Buy and Sell Stablecoins

Getting into and out of stablecoins should not require becoming an expert first.

Where available, Pulse is designed to connect users with supported third-party providers, so that buying and selling stablecoins can happen in the same app used to hold and transfer them. Provider availability differs from market to market and will continue to evolve.

Rather than requiring users to search separately for each option, Pulse brings relevant provider information into one place for comparison. Users may compare providers on factors such as indicative rate, estimated speed, market availability, and applicable local requirements. Final rates, timing, and availability are determined by each individual provider, not by Pulse.

Pulse does not guarantee a particular rate, fee, or speed of completion for any transaction carried out through a third-party provider.
